Ministry of Endowments launches first edition of the Prophet’s Message competition

Muscat: The Ministry of Endowments and Religious Affairs announced the launch of the first version of the Prophet’s Message Competition.

The Ministry explained the conditions of the competition as follows:

The participant must be Omani of both gender

The contestant must be ten years old or under

The contestant enters his data through the electronic submission page for the competition, and determines the governorate in which he resides.

The participant is evaluated through the specific topics, which he abides by.

The participant must abide by the conditions of the competition according to the topic in which he is participating, which are:

First: Memorizing Juz Amma (Mastering the Recitation, Tajweed and Memorizing Al-Mutqen)

Second: Memorizing the specific hadiths (memorizing the established hadiths)

Third: Arab stories (understanding the meaning and memorizing proverbs)

Fourth: Memorizing 100 verses of wisdom poetry (memorizing established poems)

The prizes for the competition, as announced by the Ministry, will be as follows:

First place: a car per governorate
Second place: a car per governorate
Third place: 1,000 riyals per governorate

The Ministry of Endowments and Religious Affairs indicated that the announcement of the details of the competition and the registration mechanism will be on Sunday 8 Ramadan 1443 AH.
