    • Ministry of Labor announces more than 2,000 job opportunities in Oman

    Muscat: The Ministry of Labor on Sunday announces an initiative dubbed “Sahim”  which aims to provide (2216) job opportunities on temporary contract basis in the government agencies in various governorates.

    By rolling out the initiative, the ministry seeks to enhance the decentralization principle and enable national job seekers to contribute to the development process in the governorates.

    Job opportunities cover various disciplines from GED to bachelor’s degree, where (2130) vacancies for holders of  bachelors degree and post-GED qualifications and (86) vacancies for job-seekers with GED qualification.

    The Ministry of Labor will open the door for registration to compete for the announced opportunities for a period of four weeks from the date of announcement

    It is noteworthy that this announcement is the first of its kind for the year 2022 and the third in the series of job advertisements for administrative apparatus units issued by the ministry according to a well-studied plan and according to the actual needs of government units.
