Ministry of Labor conducts personal interviews for job seekers in Muscat Governorate

Muscat:  The Ministry of Labor conducted today, at its headquarters in Airport Heights, a number of tests and personal interviews for applicants to fill vacant government sector jobs in Muscat Governorate.

Examinations were conducted for 741 applicants, while the number of actual vacancies that were interviewed reached 23, for which 72 male and female citizens of various educational qualifications competed.

The number of applicants for these jobs reached 4  entities represented in the General Secretariat of the Tender Board, the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion, the Ministry of Labor and the Ministry of Agricultural, Fisheries and Water Resources, where 5 special committees have been designated to conduct these interviews, nominated by the Ministry of Labor and the government agency wishing to be appointed.

It should be noted that the personal interviews are conducted through an electronic procedure, and after the test, the citizens who passed the interviews and obtained the first positions are notified via text messages on the same day, to come to complete their appointment procedures. The Ministry will conduct electronic exams from today until tomorrow, while the interviews will continue until March 19 for 72 male and female citizens to compete for 23 government jobs in Muscat Governorate.
