    Muscat: MOCIIP issues statement about fuel quality in Oman

    In the statement said: The Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion is currently following up with what is being circulated on social media platforms about the issues of quality of fuel in some Governorates of the Sultanate.

    Accordingly, the Ministry took random samples of the fuel from various petrol stations in different Governorates of the Sultanate and conducted an “octane number test”.

    The Ministry assures its continuous efforts to follow up on the observations and complaints received in this regard with the concerned companies.
