    Muscat: The Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion, represented by the Sanad Service Centers Department, notices the presence of unlicensed establishments that use the trademark components of the Sanad Service Centers identity in their commercial regulations and store glass, which leads to confusion and misleading the consumer, and is in violation of the trademark system law in force in the Sultanate of Oman. ; Where the owner of the registered trademark has the right to Prevent others from using his trademark without obtaining a license from him.

    Accordingly, all commercial establishments that use the identity of Sanad Service Centers without a license must amend their status from the date of publishing this alert, in order to avoid taking legal action.
