The application revealed that the number of (Covid-19) cases according to the age as follows:
1, 0-4 years:- 3053 cases.
2, 5-14 years:- 2659 cases.
3, 15-59 years:- 73,944 cases.
4, 60+ years:- 4,113 cases.

The figures published in the “Tarassud+” application indicate that the total deaths in the Sultanate stands to 609 deaths, and the number of Omani deaths out of the total reached 406 deaths, a rate of about 67%, while the number of deaths for non-Omanis reached 203 deaths, a rate of 33%.
According to the figures published on the “Tarassud+” application, the number of Covid-19 cases by nationality amounts to 51,589 cases for Omanis, and 32,180 cases for non-Omanis.
The Ministry indicated that the number of cases among males is higher than that of females, as the number of males infected with the virus in the Sultanate reached 61,382 cases, while the number of cases among females reached 22,387.
The figures published on the Ministry of Health’s “Tarassud+” application, which revealed that the most recorded Covid-19 cases in the Sultanate, in the Governorate of Muscat, amounted to 41,865.
