Muscat: The Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX) “30” index closed today at 8,313.76 points, recording a decline of 17.4 points, or 0.21 percent, compared to the previous session, which closed at 8,331.13 points.
Trading value reached RO 62.01 million, marking an increase of 23.6 percent compared to the previous trading session, which recorded RO 50.17 million.
According to the report issued by the Muscat Stock Exchange, market capitalization declined by 0.113 percent to approximately RO 38.22 billion.
Non-Omani investors recorded purchases worth RO 8.90 million, representing 14.36 percent of total trading activity, while their sales amounted to RO 5.89 million, accounting for 9.51 percent.
Net non-Omani investment increased by RO 3 million, representing a rise of 4.85 percent.
