MTCIT Opens link roads connecting Khazaen Economic City with Al Batinah Expressway
Muscat: The Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology today opened the Khazaen Economic City road links project linking it to Al Batinah Expressway for traffic as part of the ministry’s efforts to link the national road system to Khazaen Economic Zone.
The project works include the design and construction of road links (entrances and exits) linking Khazaen Economic City and Al Batinah Expressway, with a length of approximately 7 km.
The opening of the project will contribute to the smooth flow of traffic to and from Khazaen Economic City, in addition to stimulating the logistics system and linking it with the main road network in the Sultanate of Oman.
