    Muscat: Muharram holiday announced in Oman

    In a statement Omannewsagency said: The first day of Muharram 1443 AH will be an official leave for employees of private and public sector companies, institutions and establishments. the date of sighting the crescent of the month of Muharram will be announced on Sunday 8 August 2021, by the competent authorities.
