

Khasab: The Musandam Governorate Municipal Council held its seventh meeting for this year, headed by Ahmed bin Muhammad Al-Kamzari, Deputy Chairman of the Municipal Council in the Musandam Governor’s Office.
The Council reviewed the proposals submitted by the General Directorate of Housing and Urban Planning in Musandam Governorate regarding allocating a site for craft industrial use with the right to usufruct the sea village of Suwairat in the Wilayat of Khasab, in addition to discussing the scenario for allocating a site for Dibba Public Park.
The council discussed the challenges and solutions for the Khasab-Bukha sea road at the bend of the village of Al Harf, and looked into the conditions of dams in the governorate in light of climate changes. The Council also hosted specialists from Namaa Electricity Services Company to identify power outages in a number of states in the governorate and discuss solutions and alternatives to avoid their occurrence in the future.
