Muscat Festival returns in early 2022 with a new look, new attractions

Muscat: Engineer. Issam bin Saud Al Zadjali, Chairman of Muscat Municipality said during his interaction with youth in Muttrah this week. The Muscat Festival 2022 is expected to be held at the  start of next year in a new ideas that will showcase the event in a modern way. Many ideas have been developed with partners from government institutions to enrich and enliven the festival and introduce new events and activities and programme.

“The Muscat Municipality has put forward many ideas to enhance the festival in a developed and different way, such as continuing the festival activities and accompanying events held at different locations throughout the year instead of the 30-day period,” he added.

“The upcoming festival will be hosted in a comprehensive and innovative way, and the private sector will have a wide participation.

The Muscat Festival was suspended due to the following outbreak of Corona virus, and it is hoped that it will come next year with a decrease in the number of cases and the return of activities again.
