Muscat Municipality extends working hours for retailers in the central market for vegetable and fruits

Muscat: Muscat Municipality announced to extend the working hours for retailers at Al Mawaleh central market for vegetables and fruits. The municipality said in its statement that in the context of reviewing regulatory procedures, and taking into account the conditions of traders in the central market for vegetables and fruits.

The Muscat Municipality decides to extend working hours fo retailers from 5:00 am to 8:00 pm starting from Sunday, October 24, 2021.

The municipality stressed the need to adhere to the regulatory and precautionary measures, and to observe the health and preventive requirements in the market, noting that the entry of shoppers will be as it is from Gate No. (2), where there are indoor and outdoor parking lots for market visitors, while entry continues from Gate No. (1) for trucks and vehicles of the size of (3) Tons and above.
