Muscat: Muscat Municipality invites a tender for a consultancy services project to improve and develop the Wadi Al Maih Road, which connects the AlAmerat Wilayat to the Muscat Governorate.

In order to raise the efficiency of infrastructure and to complement the road system in Muscat Governorate, Muscat Municipality recently proposed a consultancy services project to improve and develop the design of Wadi Al Maih Road, which connects Wilayat Al Amerat and Yiti area in Muscat Wilayat.

This road is one of the most important road routes that serve the villages located on Wadi Al Maih Road instead of the existing road affected by climatic conditions. The design includes the necessary protections to ensure the safety of the road. In the case of valley flow, water drainage systems are established.

The project aims to raise the efficiency of traffic movement in the region and work on its smooth flow in various areas times, as well as linking the villages of Wadi Al Maih with the Al Amerat and Yiti roads, while opening tourism horizons Economic and development opportunities in the region. www.mm.gov.om
