    Muscat: Muscat Municipality launches preaching program for expatriate workers as part of its programmes to target and educate non-arabic speakers.

    In a statement Muscat Municipality said: As part of its programs to target and educate non-Arabic speakers,  the Muscat Municipality, represented by the Community Partnership Department, launched a program to preach to groups of expatriates in cooperation with the Ministry of Endowments and Religious Affairs with the aim of spreading awareness of negative phenomena related to municipal work for all groups, and consolidating the joint roles of awareness with the relevant authorities.
