    Muscat: Oman’s public transport Mwasalat suspends some routes services for today due to weather condition

    In a statement Mwasalat said: As per the latest alerts issued by the competent authorities about the weather condition, Mwasalat’ would like to inform all customers of its services “Ferries” and “Buses” that, Today Thuesday, January 4, 2022.

    Ferries services:

    Suspension of all routes from and to Musandam Governorate

    Coninute operation of route (Shannah-Masirah)

    Buses Services”

    Suspension of all city bus routes in (Muscat Governorates)

    Suspension of all intercity bus routes in all governorates

    Continue operation of city bus routes in (Salalah)

    This is in the best interests of “Mwasalat” to ensure the safety of passengers, since these services would be impacted by the weather conditions. “Mwasalat” confirms that it is following the developments of the weather situation with the competent authorities. The Customers will be notified of any update on rescheduling of the trips or the date of the routes resumptions on Mwasalat’s platforms through social media channels.
