Nizwa University celebrates graduation of 1486 students

Nizwa: The University of Nizwa celebrated the graduation of the fifteenth batch of holders of diploma, higher diploma, bachelor’s and master’s degrees for the academic year (2022/2023). Under the auspices of His Excellency Dr. Khalfan bin Saeed bin Mubarak Al Shuaili, Minister of Housing and Urban Planning.

The number of graduates reached 1,486 male and female students from the four faculties of the university: the College of Science and Arts, the College of Economics, Management and Information Systems, the College of Engineering and Architecture, and the College of Pharmacy and Nursing.

The number of male students reached (179) males, while the number of female students reached (1307). Among them are (135) male and female students who hold a master’s degree, (941) male and female students who hold a bachelor’s degree, (246) male and female students who hold a higher diploma, and (169) who hold a diploma. The graduation ceremony witnessed many different paragraphs, during which oaths were taken by the graduates of the College of Pharmacy, a visual show, a poem, and the distribution of certificates.

The inauguration was attended by a number of Their Excellencies, University Vice-Presidents, professors, university students, parents, and a group of invitees.
