    • Number of Wilayats in Oman will celebrate ‘Qaranqasho’ tomorrow

    Muscat: A number of wilayats of the Sultanate of Oman will celebrate on Saturday, April 16, 2022, ‘Qaranqasho’ a celebration which is held on the night of the half of the holy month of Ramadan

    It is called ‘Qaraqian’ in some wilayats, a common name in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.

    In a statement Oman news agency said: “On this occasion, children were traditional omani clothes and set out in groups to visit homes and move through the lanes, signing folk songs, and home owners greet them sweets and gifts,
