The Omani-Yemeni Forum to Facilitate Investment in Oman to be held in Salalah 

Salalah: The Omani-Yemeni Forum to Facilitae Investment, organized by the branch of the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (OCCI) in Dhofar Governorate, discusses ways to enhance trade and economic relations between the Sultanate of Oman and the Republic of Yemen and exploit investment opportunities available in various fields.

The forum will be held on January 24 and 25 at the Sultan Qaboos Youth Complex for Culture and Entertainment in Salalah, targeting entrepreneurs, investors, and owners of small and medium enterprises in the two brotherly countries.

Nayef bin Hamid Fadel, head of the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry branch in Dhofar Governorate, said that the forum aims to strengthen partnership and economic cooperation between the Omani and Yemeni sides to provide integrated service, industrial and tourism projects, in addition to providing opportunities for Yemeni companies and Yemeni businessmen to learn about investment incentives and advantages in the Sultanate of Oman and exchange… Experience and information, as well as promoting innovation, new development ideas, and joint strategic initiatives that are economically feasible.

Over two days, the forum will also discuss the investment and development sector, as well as investment work, economic cooperation, and the most important features of investment in the Sultanate of Oman in accordance with “Oman Vision 2040.”

The forum also includes discussion sessions that review the most prominent elements and investment opportunities in their commercial, industrial and tourism aspects in the Sultanate of Oman, with the participation of speakers from government agencies, the private sector, experts and decision-makers in a number of economic aspects, in addition to an exhibition of some Omani companies.
