Oman Air Expands European Network with New Copenhagen Service
Muscat: Oman Air, the national carrier of the Sultanate of Oman, has launched its inaugural flight to the Danish capital, Copenhagen, via the Iraqi capital, Baghdad, as part of its ambitious plan to expand its international route network.
The new service is operated under Fifth Freedom traffic rights, marking Oman Air’s first direct presence in both Iraq and Denmark. This milestone reflects the airline’s continued commitment to enhancing global connectivity and strengthening strategic air links between the Middle East and Europe.
The route represents an important addition to Oman Air’s European network, providing passengers with expanded travel options and reinforcing the Sultanate of Oman’s role as a key aviation hub connecting regional and international markets.
The service is operated using Boeing 737 MAX aircraft, offering passengers a modern and comfortable travel experience designed to meet international standards and travelers’ expectations.
