In a statement Oman Air said: “Due to heavy rain in the area and the closure of Chennai International Airport on 4 December 2023, our operations from/to Chennai are temporarily affected. We are doing our very best to accommodate our passengers on alternative flights once the airport has reopened and operations resume.
