Muscat: Oman Airports signed a memorandum of understanding with the Hong Kong International Aviation Academy, on the sidelines of the Second Global Implementation Support Symposium (GISS), which is being held by ICAO in the Korean capital, Seoul.
The agreement was signed on behalf of “Oman Airports” by Abdullah bin Saleh Al Yafei, Vice President of the Support and Assistance Unit, while it was signed by its CEO, Hong Kong International Aviation Academy.
Al-Yafei said that the signing of the memorandum of understanding comes with the aim of building the capabilities of employees working in the civil aviation sectors through developing and implementing training programs in the field of civil aviation, and launching many features to support best practices and create mutual learning opportunities. This confirms the commitment of “Oman Airports” to the continuous development of human resources, in order to continue excellence and enhance capabilities in aviation training.
