

Muscat: Oman’s Ministry of labour on Monday announced the extension of amnesty scheme for expatriate with expired work permits to leave the country permanently without paying fines, until September 30.
In a statement said Ministry of Labour : The Ministry of Labor issued a notice to extend the period of exit scheme for expatriate workforce whose data is registered during the grace period and who wish to leave permanently to their countries until the date of September 30.
Earlier the amnesty scheme was until end of August 31, and now extended until September 30, 2021
