Oman and Singapore Explore Areas of Cooperation

Singapore: Sayyid Badr Hamad Al Busaidi, Foreign Minister, met here today with Vivian Balakrishnan, Foreign Minister of Singapore.

The meeting comes within the framework of Sayyid Badr’s visit to Singapore to hold the first strategic dialogue between the two countries.

The meeting reviewed bilateral relations explored area of cooperation in the fields of economy, investment and culture.

The two sides also exchanged views on a set of regional and international issues of common interests.

The meeting was held with the participation of Maj.Gen Idris Abdulrahman Al Kindi, Secretary-General of the National Security Council.

It was attended by Khalid Hashel Al Muslehi, Head of the Minister’s Office Department and Anwar Ahmed Muqebel, Consul General of the Sultanate of Oman in Singapore.
