Oman announces the Crescent of Month Sha’ban 1445 AH was sighted

Muscat: The Ministry of endowment and religious affairs (MERA) on Saturday issued a statement of sighting the crescent of month Sha’ban 1445 AH

In a statement MERA said: “Praise be to Allah and prayer and peace be upon His Messenger Mohammad.

The Ministry of Endowments and Religious Affairs announces that the Crescent of Month Sha’ban 1445 AH was sighted after the sunset of this evening, Saturday 29th Rajab 1445 AH (10th February 2024), hence tomorrow i.e. Sunday (11th February 2024) will mark the beginning of Sha’ban 1445 AH.

We ask Allah Almighty to bless this month and the rest of the months, and may He grant us with success and prosperity.
