    • Oman at the Helm of GCC Commercial Arbitration Centre

    Manama: The GCC Commercial Arbitration Centre declared Oman as head of the centre from January to December 2023

    The announcement was made during the 84th board meeting of the GCC Commercial Arbitration Centre, held at the centre’s headquarters in Bahrain.

    Ali Salim Al Kasbi, Legal Affairs Director at Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry, will represent Oman at the chairmanship of the centre.

    Oman takes over the leadership of the centre from Saudi Arabia.
