    • Oman authority closes two branches of travel and tourism establishment

    Muscat: Oman’s Consumer Protection Authority (CPA) closes commercial establishment operating in the travel and tourism sector due to customer complaints.

    In a statement CPA said: “Closure of two branches of a commercial establishment operating in the travel and tourism sector in the wilayat’s of Jalan Bani Bu Ali and Jalan Bani Bu Hassan, due to customer complaints.

    The two branches failed to ensure transparency, credibility, delivery of agreed services to consumers, and did not respond well to consumer complaints.”
