Oman chairs 43rd meeting of the undersecretaries responsible for environmental affairs in GCC countries

Al Jabal Al Akhdar: The Sultanate of Oman, represented by the Environment Authority, chaired the 43rd meeting of GCC Environment Undersecretaries.

During the meeting, held at Al Jabal Al Akhdar (The Green Mountain), Dr. Abdullah Ali Al Amri, Chairman of the Environment Authority underscored the march of joint GCC action in the environment field.

The meeting discussed a spectrum of topics, including matters related to unifying stances in meetings of the intergovernmental negotiating committee on drafting a convention on plastic pollution.
