New York: The headquarters of the Sultanate of Oman’s permanent delegation in New York, the Sultanate of Oman chaired the coordination meeting of the foreign ministers of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries in preparation for the start of the work of the 78th session of the United Nations General Assembly.
The meeting was chaired by His Excellency Sayyed Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi, Minister of Foreign Affairs, to exchange views and coordinate on a number of joint meetings that the GCC states will hold with some friendly countries and regional meetings in a way that enhances common interests, achieves more benefits in various fields of cooperation, and supports common goals in consolidating and spreading security and stability in supporting ways and endeavors aimed at finding peaceful solutions to the most prominent regional issues and global challenges.
