    • Oman chairs GCC undersecretaries of Endowments and Islamic Affairs Meeting

    Muscat: GCC undersecretaries of Endowments and Islamic Affairs today held their 8th meeting under the chairmanship of Dr. Wa’el Saif Al Harrasi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Endowments and Religious Affairs.

    The undersecretaries discussed consolidating ethical and family values in GCC communities, as well as cementing the concept of cooperation among ministries and organizations of endowments, Islamic and religious affairs.

    The meeting also discussed joint topics concerned with endowments, Islamic and religious affairs, exchanging research and experiences in endowments field among the members and exchanging expertise in Islamic and religious affairs.

    The meeting also underscored the importance of joint cooperation and sharing ideas that would strengthen ties among the GCC states in various spheres. -ONA
