    • Oman coast guard saves two children from drowning

    Muscat: The Royal Oman Police coast guard in South Al Batinah saved the lives of two children from drowning while they were swimming in Barka.

    In a statement ROP said: “Coast Guard policemen, led by the South Al Batinah Governorate Police, saved the lives of two children from drowning while they were swimming in the state of Barka, where they were given first aid and taken to hospital.

    The Royal Oman Police calls on citizens and residents to take caution when going to the sea or places of water gathering, ponds and valleys, and to monitor children while swimming.”
