NCSI begins 43rd Consumer Confidence Survey
Muscat: The National Centre for Statistics and Information (NCSI) continues to implement the 43rd session of the Consumer Confidence Survey for the third quarter of 2024.
The survey, which targets Omani citizens aged more than 18 years, will include a minimum of 1,500 citizens from Oman governorates.
It takes into account the proportions of males, females, age groups and different educational levels. Data will be collected via telephone calls, among other methods.
The survey aims to measure factors of significance to the economy in Oman, including families’ financial status, future projections of the economy and the availability of job opportunities.
