Muscat: The Sultanate of Oman’s total electricity production increased by 8% by the end of October 2021 to reach 35,906 GWh, after it was recorded during the same period in 2020 about 33,241 GWh.
According to the National Center for Statistics and Information statistics the total electricity production in the governorates of North Al Batinah, South Al Batinah and Al Dhahirah amounted to 22,256.1 gigawatts per hour, recording an increase of 7.6 percent compared to the end of October 2020.
