Oman Embassy in Brazil celebrates 53rd National Day

Brasilia: The Embassy of the Sultanate of Oman to the Federal Republic of Brazil held a reception on the occasion of the glorious fifty-third National Day.

His Excellency Talal bin Suleiman Al Rahbi, Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman to the Federal Republic of Brazil, delivered a speech on this occasion in which he stressed the depth and strength of relations between the Sultanate of Oman and the Federal Republic of Brazil, which are in continuous development, as it witnessed during the last period the signing of a number of memorandums of understanding and agreements between the two countries in various fields.

His Excellency added that economic relations have witnessed a noticeable development in the volume of investments and trade exchange between the two countries, pointing out that there are promising investment opportunities in the Sultanate of Oman in key sectors such as: renewable energy, green hydrogen, and agriculture.

The ceremony was attended by a number of ambassadors, members of the Brazilian National Congress, representatives of the Brazilian government and the Federal District, and a number of personalities, businessmen and journalists.
