Oman Embassy in Kazakhstan Celebrates 53rd National Day

Astana: His Excellency Ambassador Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Bahrani, Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman accredited to the Republic of Kazakhstan, held a reception on the occasion of the glorious 53rd National Day.

The ceremony was attended by His Excellency Alibek Gamaov, Deputy Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a number of officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Kazakh government, a number of representatives of the Kazakh Parliament, a number of Their Excellencies ambassadors accredited to the city of Astana, the capital of Kazakhstan, members of the Arab and foreign diplomatic corps, military attaches, and a number of representatives of organizations. International, governmental and private institutions, university presidents and professors, and businessmen.

The ceremony included presenting information materials about the Sultanate of Oman in English, and presenting a visual documentary about the blessed Renaissance procession, while opening a special section on Omani hospitality traditions.

His Excellency Ambassador Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Bahrani confirmed that the Sultanate of Oman has always celebrated its National Day year after year, in remembrance of the past, living with the present and drawing inspiration for the future, mobilizing inspiration and perpetuating values, and renewing national action in various fields and paths, adding that the Sultanate of Oman seeks to contribute to serving the causes of Security and peace at the regional and international levels.

In his speech, His Excellency the Ambassador also praised the depth of the distinguished bilateral relations between the Sultanate of Oman and the friendly Republic of Kazakhstan, stressing that they are based on mutual respect and common interests between the two friendly countries and peoples, which are constantly developing in various fields in order to achieve common ambitions.
