Oman Embassy in Rome Celebrates 53rd National Day

Rome: Sayyid Nizar bin Al-Julandi Al Said, Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman to the Italian Republic, held a reception on the occasion of the glorious fifty-third National Day.

The ceremony was attended by: Dr. Angelo Ficarra, Vice President of the Italian House of Representatives, Dr. Simone Guerrini, Advisor to the Presidential Palace, Lorenzo Tortona, Diplomatic Advisor to the Prime Minister, His Excellency Dr. Qu Dongyu, Director-General of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), and a number of politicians in the Italian government.

The ceremony was also attended by a number of political, economic and military figures in Italy, in addition to the presence of a number of heads of Arab and foreign missions, international organizations, and a number of university presidents, academics, media professionals, artists and Italian intellectuals.
