Muscat: The Ministry of Labor decided to extend the registration of work contracts for the non-Omani workforce after arriving in the Sultanate of Oman electronically

In an announcement, the ministry indicated that an additional period for business owners and institutions would be granted to complete the registration of work contracts for the non-Omani workforce until August 31, 2022

This comes to a package of facilities related to the procedures provided by the government, institutions, private sector companies and the workforce, in order to regulate the labor market, and in light of the developments resulting from the spread of the Corona pandemic (covid19) and the precautionary measures taken.

The ministry called on business owners and institutions to complete the procedures for registering work contracts before the end of the aforementioned period.
