    Muscat:  The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has continued efforts to facilitate the return of Omani citizens from abroad amid current regional developments.

    In this context, a group of citizens arriving from the Islamic Republic of Iran reached the Sultanate of Oman today through coordinated land and air transport arrangements, in cooperation with Oman’s missions in Tehran and Ankara.

    The ministry stated that the operation was carried out ضمن an approved plan aimed at ensuring the safe return of citizens.

    It affirmed that it continues to monitor the situation of Omani nationals abroad around the clock, in coordination with diplomatic missions, to ensure their safety and security.
