    Muscat: The Oman Flour Mills Company SA.A.O.G – the first food manufacturing industry in the Sultanate of Oman announces on Sunday that it has received a letter from the Government for the subsidy of wheat for a period of one year.

    In a disclosure to Muscat Stock Exchange the Company said: “We would like to Disclose that Oman Flour mills Company (S.A.O.G) has receives a letter from the Government on 22 June 2023, for the subsidy of wheat, fora period of one year effective from 1st of May 2023. As Global wheat prices have seen a sharp increase, the Government is keen to stabilize the prices of flour in local market. 

    Further details will be disclosed along wit the Financial statements.”
