    • Oman Foreign Minister Meets IAEA Chief in Geneva

    Geneva: Sayyid Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi, Foreign Minister, met today with Rafael Grossi, Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), in Geneva.

    The meeting took place within the framework of ongoing consultations and the exchange of views on technical aspects related to the Iranian nuclear file, as well as new ideas currently under discussion between the Iranian and US sides. The talks coincided with the start of a new round of indirect negotiations between the two parties.

    During the meeting, the Foreign Minister emphasized the importance of the IAEA’s professional and technical role, highlighting the need to ensure transparency, credibility and proper governance of relevant procedures.
