Oman Showcases Real Estate Development Experience at Cairo Conference

Oman Highlights Real Estate Investment Opportunities at Egypt Conference

Cairo: The Sultanate of Oman today showcased its experience in real estate development during its participation in the fifth edition of “The Investor” conference held in Cairo, Arab Republic of Egypt.

The participation builds on the outcomes of the “Oman-Egypt..Land of Opportunities” conference held in November 2025, which contributed to strengthening economic cooperation between the two countries.

Abdullah bin Nasser Al Rahbi, Oman’s Ambassador to Egypt and Permanent Representative to the Arab League, said that the Omani experience in real estate development is based on sustainability, quality of life and urban planning, creating opportunities for investment partnerships with Egyptian real estate developers.

He noted that the real estate sector in the Sultanate of Oman is among the key drivers of economic growth due to its links with various sectors.

Al Rahbi added that the sector has witnessed growth in recent years through strategic projects such as Sultan Haitham City and waterfront developments, alongside updates to regulations and streamlined procedures that enhanced the market’s attractiveness to investors.

He also announced that the second edition of the “Oman-Egypt..Land of Opportunities” conference will be held in Muscat.
