Muscat: The last day for “empty” foreign land transport vehicles to enter Oman will be on October 19, 2021.
In a statement Ministry of Transport (MTCITOMAN) said : Based on the land transport law promulgated by Royal decree No.10/201, its executive regulation, the notice issues by the Ministry on October 11, 2020, and considering the efforts exerted by the Ministry of Transport, Communications, and Information Technology in using the national transport means and lessening the use of foreign ones, the Ministry declares that the last day for the foreign land transport means to enter Oman’s territories will be on October 19, 2021.
All foreign transport beneficiaries should be aware and reshuffle their business by contracting with the nationals and local transporters. Said in a statement Minstry of Transport
