    Oman’s MoCIIP launches anti-dumping probe into certain import products from China

    Muscat: The Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion announces the launch of an anti-dumping investigation against the People’s Republic of China’s imports of coated or colored aluminum sheets, coils and strips.

    In a statement MoCIIP said: The Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion announces that anti- dumping investigation procedures have been initiated against GCC imports of coated or colored aluminum sheets, coils and strips originating from/exporting from the People’s Republic of China) falling under the following customs items: (76061210 – 76061220 – 7606123) of the customs tariff, according to Official Bulletin No. (44) of the Office of the Technical Secretariat for Combating Harmful Practices in International Trade.

    All interested parties and suppliers of the product under investigation must contact the Anti-Dumping Section of the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Investment Promotion to register as an interested party within ten (10) days from the date of publication of this news to be able to Participate and comment during the investigation period.
