Oman launches campaign for tourist attractions in Al Buraimi

The Ministry of Heritage and Tourism will launch a campaign under the title “Change the atmosphere in Al Buraimi” to promote the heritage and tourism components in Al Buraimi Governorate, and it will continue until the end of this January.

The campaign aims to introduce the heritage and tourist sites in the governorate and to enhance the tourism movement to them, which will be positive for the tourism sector partners, and to enrich the promotional content of Al Buraimi Governorate.

The campaign includes the launch of the promotional video for Al Buraimi Governorate, which reviews the most prominent heritage and tourism components in the governorate, the traditional arts, and tourism experiences and activities that can be practiced in the governorate.

Visits will also be organized for a number of Omani tourism companies, especially those specialized in adventure tourism, and introductory trips will be organized for a number of tourism companies from the United Arab Emirates to include visits and tourism programs to Al Buraimi Governorate through these tourism companies during the coming period, in addition to visits to a number of influencers in the means of communication. Social media, photographers and launching electronic promotional campaigns through promotional social media platforms and others.

During the promotional campaign, a set of accommodation offers, services and activities provided by hotel establishments in the governorate will also be published, and they will be published during the implementation period of the promotional campaign.

Al Buraimi Governorate includes three states: Al Buraimi, Mahdah and Al Sunaina, as it hosts many attractive heritage and tourist attractions that offer various types of experiences and activities, in addition to visiting castles and forts on the ancient history of the governorate such as Al Khandaq Fort, Al Hilla Fort, Marjab Fort, Bait Al Nad Fort, and many other tourist attractions. Suitable for exploration and adventures, such as Falaj Al-Saarani, Madaba village, Wadi Sharm, Wadi Al-Qahfi, Wadi Khamis, and Jabal Kattar, and it is characterized by golden sand dunes in the Al-Sunaina desert, Kohl sands, and Ramlet Hamasa.
