NCSI Conducts 2026 Survey on Government Service Satisfaction in Oman
Muscat: The National Centre for Statistics and Information (NCSI) continues to conduct the sixth round of its survey measuring beneficiary satisfaction with government services for the first half of 2026.
The survey is being carried out from 1 April to 30 June 2026, as part of efforts to assess the experiences and views of users of services provided by government entities in the Sultanate of Oman.
The initiative aims to measure satisfaction levels among individuals, private sector institutions and government units, contributing to improving service quality and enhancing government performance efficiency in line with Oman Vision 2040.
The survey targets a random sample of beneficiaries who have used government services during the first half of the year. Participants are selected based on specific statistical criteria to ensure accurate and objective results that reflect service performance from the beneficiaries’ perspective.
