Oman Logistics Center visits Suwaiq Port

Al Suwaiq: A team from the Oman Logistics Center visited the port of Al Suwaiq; With the aim of identifying the most important current challenges facing port management, reviewing and monitoring opportunities and enablers supporting integration and linking with the logistics system in the Sultanate of Oman.

The visit also included a tour of the port’s facilities and berths, during which the team was briefed on the port’s operations, handling and logistics services it provides.

This visit comes within the framework of the Oman Logistics Center’s keenness to translate the directives of the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology to maximize the benefit of the logistics system by empowering Omani ports, integrating the link between the logistics system, and diversifying the types of exports and imports through economic sources, in light of the existence of basic logistical infrastructures that support the creation of opportunities. economically by linking supply chains between them.
