    • Oman: Ministry of endowments calls on public to sight Eid crescent moon

    Muscat: The Ministry of Endowments and Religious Affairs has called for all to investigate the sighting of the crescent of the month of Shawwal for this year, on the evening of Wednesday the 29 of Ramadan 1442 AH, which corresponds to the 12 May 2021 .

    The ministry indicated that in the event that the crescent is seen, please contact the phones of the offices of the eminent, governors or virtuous judges, or the following phones:

    24694400 – 24644037 – 24644070 – 24695551 – 24644004 – 24644015 and at the fax number: 24693339

    The Ministry also urged to adhere to the instructions issued by the Supreme Committee in charge of examining the mechanism of dealing with developments resulting from the spread of the Coronavirus (Covid-19) and the current situation.
