Muscat: For the first time and at the initiative of the Sultanate of Oman, the Ministry of Health in collaboration with WHOhosts today a virtual meeting on health security and peace.
In a statement MOH said: The Ministry of Health (MOH) in collaboration with the world health organization (WHO) hosts today (Wednesday) a virtual meeting on health security and peace in the context of the Covid-19.The meeting, which held for the first time and at the initiative of the Sultanate of Oman, highlights the potential of expanding cooperation in health, especially within the context of Covid-19, as a bridge for peace, international solidarity, and stability.
Around (17) countries and a number of UN organizations are participating in this meeting.
