The Ministry of Labor is studying the feasibility of converting the weekends holiday to three days instead of just two days as this system has been implemented in more than one country around the world, reports Oman Daily
The Ministry said it is flexible when it comes to the nature of work as there are ministries that apply remote work and part-time work.
The public service law is still with the ministry and has to be passed by the Majlis A’Shura and the State Councils before being approved.
