    • Oman opens online registration for pilgrims from October 23-November 5

    Oman’s Ministry of endowment and religious affairs (MERA) opens online registration for pilgrims starting from Monday

    Muscat: The Ministry of Endowments and Religious Affairs announced the start of registration of pilgrims wishing to perform Hajj rituals for the year 1445 AH. Citizens and residents in Oman can register through the electronic website (www.hajj.om) from 23 October to 5 November 2023.

    The Ministry pointed out that male and female pilgrims with visual or physical disability may have companions, who would be selected form among those previously registered in the electronic system.

    The ministry also accorded a hotline (80008008) for queries to be made during official working hours. The queries can also be filed onscreen via the abovementioned link (www.hajj.om).
