Geneva: The Sultanate of Oman took part in the opening of the Global Refugee Forum 2023, held in Geneva.
Oman’s delegation in the forum, which runs till 15 December, was headed by Idris Abdulrahman Al Khanjari, Permanent Representatives of Oman to the United Nations and International Organizations in Geneva.
The forum is held every four years and it is considered the biggest global gathering on the topic of refugees. It aims to support practical implementation of goals stipulated in the UN Refugee Convention.
